I took 2 of my boys to One Cut Above which according to my kids its "THE COOL PLACE" that most teens go to get their haircut. When I called for an appt and pricing they were very accommodating when I called by providing me a same day appt on that day for both of my boys. We went on a Friday at 4pm, super busy as expected for a Friday, it was definitely a fun vibe! I think the barber we had was newer to cutting hair because it did take him over 1 hour to cut but he was very kind and had patience with my boys and I appreciated him taking his time and also having the owner help him was awesome and much appreciated. I took my son here and his cut was done by a man named Web. I'm going to start off saying my son has Asperger syndrome and normally under new situations like this, I don't know what to expect until I'm in the situation. Well Web was fantastic, my son felt comfortable with him and safe in his hands, even tried his best to contribute to the conversations that was being held and really enjoyed everything that he just went through.The barber shop is clean and comforting with the perfectly selected color scheme, the tools are extremely well kept and look brand new, and the atmosphere was a throwback to a different time, point is it was a great location and business.For anyone...read full review
