Floors by Napoli exceeded our expectations from beginning to end! We were on the hunt for a contractor who could do the project in full - carpet, wood, stairs, railings, paint.. and ultimately added crown molding to the list. Carmen was informative, responsive, honest, and personable (and supportive!) throughout this process - from estimate to completion. He listened to what we wanted and coordinated with his sub contractors to get all portions of the job completed, and in a timely fashion. Every team of men working for Carmen were respectful, trust worthy, and detail oriented. The quality of work, and the ease of this process will most definitely be our reason to use Floors by Napoli again for projects to come. We can't thank you guys enough!
These guys were life savers for me and on short notice, I was doing my own floating floor and ran into a couple snags. I was on a time line and needed help fast. I called them on a Thursday , Carmen came out that afternoon looked over what I did got back to me that evening and quoted me an excellent price and best of all said they would be able to take care of things Monday. Steven and I believe his name was rich were fantastic to work with really nice good hard working guys. Steve fixed and prepped the floor insanely fast. They are a clean working crew and exceeded every expectation. I should have gave these guys my business from the beginning and saved myself the time , money and headache of trying to do it myself. I’ll use them in the future for all my flooring stuff going forward. One of if not my best experience I’ve had with a contractor. Thank you and I can’t recommend this company enough.
After a flood and everything else that can go wrong Carmen came in and saved the day. The day I called Napoli (a Sunday) he was here within hours for the estimate to get the quotes I needed for insurance. I had to reschedule several times and they always accommodated. The two installers were amazing. Very accommodating, professional and beyond helpful. They got the whole job done in a day and a half! I HIGHLY recommend them! From the owner to the administrative assistant to the installers. All top notch. And my floors look AMAZING
