My company has been using EMCO as our full service IT support since our inception in 2017. They sold us on their cloud based VDI solution which paid huge dividends when the COVID pandemic hit in 2020. We've had a few different technicians over the years who have all been solid to exceptional. Our project manager Lori has been with us since the beginning and is always available whether it be for a dire emergency or quick chat. Round the clock service with little to no service interruption - we really can't ask for more than that.
