“Dr Doug is very good at what he does, I’ve tried other chiropractors and muscle relaxers etc and never really got rid of my almost constant neck tension/ pain. After my second adjustment the constant tension was almost gone and I was able to work out without getting an instant muscle spasm / headache for the first time in months , couldn’t believe it .
