Wait times are astronomical. I was checked in at 7:30 waited until 10 and went to check if my car was close to being worked on, they only did one car in a 2.5 hour span. It should not take that long for oil changes and tire rotations. Would not recommend coming here for anything unless you like your time being wasted.
