“Best haircut and shave in Beaver County that I'm aware of. I live out of state (for 32 years) but anytime I come back to visit the parents this is my place. Old school legit barber work that knows how to do a proper fade all the way to using hot towels and razor to trim it up nicely on the bottom. Also amazing conversations every time about all kinds of subjects. Always looking forward to my visits and his work is better than what I get in Los Angeles or San Diego for under half the cost!! Also seems to be cheaper than other "real barber shops" in Beaver County but to be honest haven't tried other new ones popping up in recent years. Saw their prices and rather would wait to get into Harpers than risk paying more for possibly not as good a job.“

“I have been coming to Denise and Cut Company for nearly 38 years, with the exception of a period of three or four years in there when I grew a long ponytail. I had recently exited my long job as a suit and tie professional and was riding my Harley everywhere. No matter. Cut Company and their personnel have always treated me well and are always friendly, even when their lives are not going so well. That is the way it is when one goes to a friendly place for over three decades. I have even stopped in on occasion just to say "hello." It's that kind of place.
