I am not quite sure what happened over the years with THIS business but my family and I won’t be using their services anymore. Customer service is horrific! The lady that answers the phone is down right cruel! If you hate your job (or own business) THAT much, then close shop!!

My wife’s friend referred us to Baer. I had been going to a family friend for business and tax purposes for 15+ years. Previously the returns would take forever, Most years the process was a blur and I was left wondering why I was even in business... something had to change.
