Majority of the staff is kind and treat my animals with respect. There is only on vet I don’t care for. She just doesn’t have the warm approachable demeanor the others have and I think my dog can sense it which in turn makes him nervous. I never see him act the way he does around anyone but this vet.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to find a new vet for our dog and cats. I had considered this clinic when we first moved to the area, but we went a different route. Now that we need a vet, we decided to try VMCL. One of our neighbors is also a client there and they recommended them. Our dog Sage was scheduled for her first appointment (which was today) I called two weeks ago to see if I could bring her there the week before to meet any of the staff (she met the receptionist). Very compassionate place. I took my 17 year old cat there to be put to rest. It was time and they put me in a room with a loveseat and chair and told me to take my time. There was no sense of urgency on their part. They were awesome in my time of sorrow!
