Eli from Thomas Edison Electric provided prompt, professional and courteous service at our home. We had power run with an outdoor waterproof outlet to a location for a newly installed motorized awning, a different outlet cover replaced and a new solar powered pole light fixture installed. We will definitely hire Thomas Edison Electric again for our electrical needs and hope to have Eli again!

I haven’t gotten the work done yet, but the customer service is really unlike anything else I’ve experienced. In a world run by computers, where I always have to chase companies to help me spend money, Thomas Edison contacted me immediately and kept in touch with me at every step. I received 4 phone calls in 2 days and the service technician was actually earlier than I was initially expecting (but not without a phone call to ask if early would be acceptable.) I have cancelled service because of poor customer service, and disappointment has become the norm. My experience has been a refreshing shock. They’re terrific!Services: Socket or switch installation
