We needed to replace our old furnace and install an electric water heater at the same time. The initial consultation and estimate by owner, Shane, was courteous and professional. The day of the extensive continuous work of over 9 hours was highly organized and professional with expert guidance by crew chief, Rich. The crew arrived early and worked diligently throughout the the day. The mechanical and electrical work was methodical and well planned with the need for any future maintenance in mind. 5 star service! I called SJ Moyer about a leaking bath tub drain and a few other plumbing needs. When the service men came they were professional and friendly. The job was completed fast and the work was done very well. I am very satisfied with the work performed. They were even able to do the work for cheaper than a competitor quoted me. Highly recommend. I will never use anyone else, especially after my furnace died and within 2 weeks my hot water heater also needed replaced. They removed the old and replaced with the new all on the same day. He and his employees are the best. Quick response as well as Shane goes above and beyond to help his customers. He really cares and it shows. His employees are also highly skilled as well as polite and respectful. I'm a customer for life.
