Sadly, the roof on our carriage house needed replacement after 125+ years. The original slate roof had been repaired several times but it was time to get a new roof. We knew Sean and his team who replaced a neighbors roof and included him in our requests for an estimate. Sean and his team did an excellent job, we are more than pleased with the new roof and will call Sean again if the need arises.

After calling several roofers, Sean was the only one willing to help us. We spent $3,000 on a new partial roof replacement with a different person because our roof was leaking. The other guy refused to come out and correct his mistake. Sean came out and fixed it on the spot. He came back to fix another section that was leaking and rotting. He was prompt to schedule us, however, the winter weather was not. His crew had it complete in less than 2 hours. His prices were reasonable for us. So grateful for his company!
