he was very helpful when my car broke down and it was lowered and he helped me get it on the trailer without damaging it! very respectful towards my vehicle even tho it’s old! he was a super funny guy and we had a great conversation on the way to my shop and he had no problem towing it to where i needed it! thanks Roberto!
I was in need of a car tow last Friday. The man over the phone was very professional. He answered my questions briefly and effectively. The ETA to pick up my car was right about the time he mentioned he would come. He transported my car safely to the location I needed it to go to. Not only was he professional but he had a great personality and I really enjoyed the conversations and laughs we shared during our ride to drop off my car. It really helped alleviate some of the stress of having to even need a tow service. The kicker was that the whole time it turned out the owner was the one towing my car and I was in awe. To me that's dedication and shows great character for his business. Thanks alot Robert, you're the man!
