“I just moved into our new home in April and was so disappointed in the condition the contractor left my lawn. The set was that disgusting ? contractor grade seed. I complained about the incompetent landscaper who had the audacity to tell me it is what it is and it will take a few years to look good, especially when they removed the topsoil and left me with clay. While visiting a neighbor, I could not help to notice their lawn was a carpet of green velvet.
