Eyeland Optical in Lebanon has consistently provided excellent service to its customers. Many appreciate the friendly and caring staff, including a kind receptionist and a prompt, patient doctor. The team is thorough, even double-checking insurance to save clients money. Customers have had great experiences, especially those who struggled with glasses from other places, finding clear vision on their first try at Eyeland. With its convenient location across from the DMV, Eyeland Optical has earned high praise for its dedication to customer satisfaction and quality eyewear at reasonable prices.
Im not one to leave comments as its just not my thing, but i definitely needed to make one this time.
I just left my first appointment, and to say the least this was my favorite place to go to for any type of exam. Everyone was incredibly fun to talk to, and it made the experience 90x better.
I'm Latina, and I loved that place. The service was superb. I don't speak much English, but I can get by with the little English I do. Upon leaving, the lady greeted me by name. I loved the service. Plus, the review was 100%. The last time I was at Sam's, and they didn't check me out as much as they did here. I highly recommend this place.
I've gone here for a couple of years and not once have I left unhappy with my experience. I'm unfortunately very much a clutz so I really appreciate being able to come in and ask to fix it.
