We've used E H Williams for three projects, and we couldn't be happier with the price, service and just all around good nature of everyone there. In 2020, they spent a week installing a whole house ductless system, and it was like having friends over. One of the units could not be installed until additional remodeling was done, and over a year later they came out and finished the job without any additional fees. All in all, they are efficient, friendly and priced right.

The company is very responsive to requests placed in their online website contact sheet - I was contacted within 24 hours. When I later had an emergency on a holiday weekend, the company responded on the phone within an hour and had a technician, Dan, at my door in two hours, or so. The after-hours emergency rate was given in advance to consider for costs; they were very upfront. I appreciated their honesty and openness.The technicians with whom I have had interaction have been very professional. They even parked on the street to avoid vehicle leakage on my driveway - how considerate can a company be?
