I came into this shop today to remove my nose ring after years of wearing it. My wife called ahead for me & Brooke said that walk-ins are always welcome & that she could help me remove it. This was after my wife called 5 other places in Lebanon & either got voicemails or the lines were disconnected. Unfortunately a lot of places don’t update ther hours on Google, so it was great to finally get a hold of a real live person!
When I got there, Brooke was helpful, kind, & professional - the whole session took only a few minutes! She was very informative, considerate, & hygienic. It was clear that she prioritizes her clients & the work she does for them.
Love this shop, I've gotten several tattoos over the years and they're all so beautiful. Staff is very friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!
