We had matt do a survey for us after a neighbor told us we had posted his property and our old survey was wrong. Matt did a new survey for us and had all the paperwork to show that we did in fact own the land and even went to talk to the other landowner for us. matt provided us with a detailed drone map and all the paperwork to show us the previous deeds. Matt even met with us while he marked the property out showing us old markings and everything. Very impressed with matt 100% . I very highly recommend him very professional
