I was visiting ligonier for a few days and realized I had left all my contact lens supplies at home, including the critical section cup lens remover. I called these folks and his luck would have it they had one and and fixed me up right quick. Christina couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. I highly recommend them for their customer service and friendliness!
My 81 yr old mother is a long time patient of Matthew Christianson, OD. I have accompanied my mom to several appts and the staff is always so nice and professional. I just took my mom to an appt, they squeezed her in because of an emergency with her eye. She was seen promptly and Dr. Christianson treated her like he would have treated his own mother. He explained everything that was happening to her eye. We had no questions when we left. My mom loves going to him. Thank you for always being so good to my mom. I have my first appt with them in December 2025.
Front office staff was very professional and friendly.. Explained clearly everything regarding insurance payment, etc. Assistant was very professional also explained everything she was doing clearly. Dr. Brownfield was excellent.. Explained everything he was doing and why. Provided information regarding styes, which is why I was seen.. Altogether a well run very professional office.
