Came in from out of town. I called left a message because they weren't open. She called me and told me if I came in right away she would wait because I was having a hair emergency. She was super nice, friendly and did my hair perfectly. If I lived in the area this is where I would come to get my hair done. I appreciated her so much ?. Hard to find these days.
All Ways Beauty has been my go to for a little over a year now, and I have never left even a little bit disappointed. Lizz always get my nails right, and Rachelle always leaves me feeling beautiful! ❤️
To clarify (since I can’t respond directly under the one star review) Said client unfortunately had multiple no-call/no-show appointments and was given several opportunities to improve communication. After repeated missed appointments, I made the difficult decision to refuse future services — a right I reserve as a small business owner in order to protect my time, my business, and my staff.
Her wedding date is still over a year away, giving her ample time to secure another stylist who best fits her needs. For transparency, no contract was ever signed, nor was a deposit made to reserve her wedding date. I always strive to be fair and professional... read full review
