New Day has been my property manager for over 9 years. Great service. They are pro active, reasonable and reliable . I am extremely happy with their responsiveness. I have no complains. They are able to find qualified tenants quickly and do the check to make sure we know what we are getting into. They respond to the tenant request quickly and notifies the owner quickly with recommendations. Thank you.
