I brought my car into Works automotive for a tire repair and brake service, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. They took the time to inspect everything thoroughly and explained the issues in a way that made sense without any pressure for unnecessary repairs. The attention to detail was outstanding—I left feeling completely confident in the work they did. It’s rare to find a shop that combines skill, honesty, and great customer service so well. Highly recommend!
Got a flat on way home from work on a Saturday, called 30 min before they close, they said as long as you can get here by 2:45pm we can do it & for a decent price! Thank you so much! True Lifesavers! Tom was the mechanic & did my tire in under 20 minutes & it was in great shape for being used! Almost new!
True to their name, they have it all. At least 4 hydraulic lifts and an alignment machine, that easily cost 6 figures. Plenty of mechanics working who are informative and friendly. They played it straight, for which I respect the most. Thanks, guys.
