He let me know upfront what needed to be done and the pricing which was more than reasonable . He kept me updated every step of the way. This is the ONLY vent service you should call! John and his wonderful assistant Tia fixed all 3 of my problem vents! This required climbing on the roof and brushing from a tall ladder, but they were undeterred. Though there were multiple problems, they would not stop until they fixed them all and the vents were running properly! They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and thorough and cleaned everything up perfectly! I can’t praise them highly enough!
