Had a GFCI outlet in my kitchen failing repeatedly, and the problem persisted after I replaced the outlet myself so I called Blessing.
Their skillful and gracious electricians Henry and Eric quickly traced the problem to a neutral wire that had been insecurely connected to my breaker panel by other less skillful electricians during a renovation project 12 years prior. The wire had become carbonized from years of arcing during heavy loads — yikes!
Eric and Henry trimmed off the damaged end of the neutral wire, connected it properly to the panel, replaced the GFCI outlet for good measure and everything now works beautifully — all in under 45 minutes...read full review
