Our A/C quit during a heat wave. Scatton's sent a tech out within hours. He identified the problem and corrected it. He also gave us some tips which were very helpful in routine maintenance of our new system.
We have used Scattons for years for maintenance and this year, our technician told us to strongly consider replacing our AC and heat furnace as he said it was leaking refrigerant (it was over 25 yrs old so we knew replacement was coming). Last week the system completely died. We got several quotes but Scattons was really the best overall with the system, pricing, warranties and financing.
