I can't recommend Scatton's enough!!Our oil boiler was dying so we made the decision to convert to gas. We had shopped around for the project, unlike the others Scatton's wasn't "salesy" and they were the most fair and straightforward with their proposal. I was able to call/email/text with our sales rep, Dave, as I had questions pop up and he was always so helpful. Every single person I dealt with at the company was knowledgeable, professional and just very pleasant to deal with (Dave, Andi, Mark, John, Ted). Courteous, Prompt and ProfessionalWe've been dealing with Scatton's for well over twenty years. Our currrent Carrier Infinity HVAC system was installed by them in 2012. Somwhere near the end of the equipment warranty we phoned in a question about the thermostat. Scatton's quickly came out and replaced that the original thermostat with a more advanced full touch screen model at no cost to us. They continue to provide semi - annual maintenance on both of our HVAC systems, including one that they did not install.

I began as a client of Scatton's over 25 years ago! I lived around the corner and appreciated their quality and customer service.Then I moved into the city and was on my own. When I moved back out within their area over a decade ago, I became a devoted customer once again.Yesterday on a very warm (86 degrees) afternoon, I noticed our AC was set to 75 and it was 80 and climbing in our house. I immediately called and Scatton's had someone out to my home within two hours. (Tip: enroll in their maintenance plan!)Our HVAC is over 20 years old and I was honestly praying the tech would find an easy (and inexpensive) problem.
