Haley Rapp, Scattons service rep, was terrific. Haley responded to my service request this week. She was efficient, knowledgeable, informational, conscientious and demonstrated excellent customer service. She also advised me on follow up service checkups, which I will do.
We have been loyal customers for years. Yesterday, our air conditioning unit stopped working. The timing could not have been worse in the middle of this heat wave!! We had company from out of town and the temperature inside the house was 84 degrees. I called Scatton’s and spoke to Tom. He said he would send someone out ASAP. The repair man Ed was there within an hour and repaired the unit. This is the kind of service we have come to expect from this company and is why we would NEVER consider using anyone else.
Scatton's is a first class company. We used them when we upgraded from oil to natural gas. Their work is beautiful (yes, I think new copper piping is beautiful when done by skilled and talented workers), their technicians are knowledgeable, polite and professional. In fact, every employee we've dealt with there has been amazing.
They also stand by their work, even when something that isn't their fault goes wrong. We had an issue with our new gas boiler not getting along with our 70 year old radiant heat pipe system about 7 months after install.
