I’ve been a patient at Portolese for about a decade. Tammy’s practice is integrative, progressive, and full of old and new wisdom. I generally receive adjustments regularly when needed. I go through phases when I don’t need them as often because I’m following her guidance outside of the clinic. Sometimes life stress and physical strain send me back for deeper more frequent work. She is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had and has helped me tremendously through multiple stages of my life. She’s treated my infant too! I’ve received traditional straight chiro adjustments, tissue trigger-point work and fascia work as part of my adjustments. I’ve been treated by 3 chiropractors who practiced in her clinic, as well as Tammy (who I see now for most of visits recently), and they’ve all been exceptional. I continue to go to Portolese because of the great care. Their space is an oasis in a hectic world. They also have a near IR sauna now which is wonderful as part of any healing modality.
