We had just bought our home and moved 2 years ago. The existing shingles were 17 yrs old and knew we would need them replaced in the very near future. Early this year I experienced our first leak. Called Penn Pro for an estimate as they had just replaced a roof in the neighborhood weeks prior and that homeowner was very pleased with the work done. I called Alex, and he was here for an estimate in a few days. He was very thorough, knew I had a leak and was prompt with getting me scheduled. He was very easy to work with and compassionately helped me in making my decisions, as now I was a widow making my first big decision since my husband passed just 4 months ago. Alex and crew arrived bright and early today and did an exceptionally great job. They were prompt, professional and did an expert job giving me a new roof. One day too!! All done, I met Greg on completion on the work and he went over the job to make sure it was completed to their standards. And clean up was great.
