My 11 year old Dell Latitude laptop developed a problem preventing it from starting up. Larry at PC Networks had it in his shop for a total of about 1-1/2 hours before he diagnosed the issue and repaired it for a VERY reasonable fee. I unconditionally recommend Larry at PC Networks. I did not make an appointment or call beforehand. I did not want to go to Geek Squad and this place had great reviews. I walked in with my desktop and he was able to take it in right away. In less than 24 hours, Larry was able to identify the problem. He called me to tell me my options and the total price for the fix which I appreciated. He was quick too because I could have taken my desktop home that night. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I would go to him the next time I need something fixed.

Just brought my PC in, it had been busted for around 2 years and Larry was so quick and efficient, he figured out the problem very fast and helped switch my parts over to a better build, and it is running beautifully now! Thank you Larry :)
