I cannot give five stars as I’m used to being in more of a spa like atmosphere for my hydra facials, the room they work in is not very relaxing or inviting. I’m also used to getting facial, head and shoulder massages during the treatment, so the whole experience is more relaxing and regenerative, which also makes the whole appointment last longer.“

“I had a consultation with Dr. Hersh today about wisdom tooth removal- and it was a great experience considering the circumstances. The women at the front desk just seemed very organized and be on top of everything. I had to wait just a bit in the room and someone came to let me know the doctor was slightly behind but would be with me momentarily (so they didn't leave me hanging- wondering if I was next or going to be there a lengthy time). The whole wait time was maybe 30 minutes. Dr. Hersh was kind. He explained everything and was very easy-going. He also listened to me and my thoughts and concerns. It was a quick consult- and the surgery is scheduled soon enough. I have full confidence in this doctor and feel confident with my wisdom teeth extraction coming up. I will say- the office appears a bit outdated- which did make me wonder if I could trust this practice- but the aesthetics aren't bad- and it was clean! After meeting the people- I can say- don't let the slightly outdated appearance deter you- I'll update after my surgery! I have a feeling it will be another great experience!“
