If you're trying to rent a U-Haul, don't do it. I have never had a more collosal waste of time.

I scheduled a rental for 8 am. The truck is outside just waiting, but the process told us to go inside to pick up the keys. The store hours according to their phone message and U-Haul's service records is 8 am. Calling U-Haul only provided a code to an outdoor lock box that was empty. Called their phone number, no answer.

There is a sign on the door saying the Sunday hours are 8:30 am. It is 9 am and there's still no one here to open the store. This was a time sensitive rental for us.

I wouldn't trust this business to be punctual or respect your time.

Totally garbage I could see why you only have one star. When we got there, the woman employee was cursing, saying she hate her job and she just quit and couldn’t help us. The first truck had low air in tires. The steering column was broken so you couldn’t put it in driver park or reverse. The driver seat was broken so you couldn’t move it. I had to call Customer Service. They got us a new truck. It had no gas not cleaned and had furniture in the back stay away. The employee was throwing things around the building when I asked for help she said no because I just quit and sped off in a white truck almost causing an accident on Broad Street. I had a reservation for a 10' truck and it was canceled the morning of. I was not notified if the cancelation until i looked at the uhaul app. I was told i could get a larger truck at an additional cost or get the 10' truck at a forget location. This has caused nothing but headaches for me.
