Today I had the pleasure of meeting an excellent plumber Mr. Bobby Burkle. He was courteous and took great pride in his appearance as well as his work. He was attentive, patient and listened to all my plumbing problems. I was very impressed by his extensive knowledge. He offered me various solutions to address my plumbing issues. Mr. Burkle was able to open up my pipes in my dual utility sinks. I can now do my laundry without my tubs overflowing and having to mop the floor countless times. Thank You so much for taking care of my Heater Replacement. Darryl was very professional and did a great job of explaining the issue to me regarding the need for a replacement heater. Wade was so great at working the numbers to fit into my budget so that the replacement would happen before the winter arrive.
And Evan and his partner did a great job in a very timely manner to complete install. I am so happy Donnelly’s is my Heating and A/C service company. This company is really great and employ every professional technicians. I am a very happy customer.
Domingo came today to do my annual heater checkup. He was friendly and checked the thermostat and heating unit. He checked the unit and reported that everything is working properly. He took the time to explain the thermostat to me and also adjusted it for me. I appreciated how helpful and understanding he was. He also informed me of other options, which was food for thought.
