Brian was quick to help fix my computer and worked with my budget to get my machine fixed. it took less than a week to get my machine fixed with inclement weather. I would highly recommend the business and would return for any maintenance and repairs on my machine.

Needed a new screen for laptop. He worked with me and found a used screen that matched my old laptop. Later found I also needed a screen cable as well. He was able to get one quickly for a reasonable price and both were installed in a little over an hour once they arrived. Would recommend them and would go back.

I used Cook's Computers Repair for the first time and I couldn't be more satisfied with his service. I appreciate that Bryan takes the time to explain all the options and finds the one that works best for you. In my case, since the cost of replacing the damaged screen would have been high (prices of parts have skyrocketed in the past year), and the laptop was already 5 years old, he suggested that I consider buying a new one. He recommended a laptop that was better than my current one and it was selling at a great price.
