I recently started coming here for Muay thai lessons. I visited a lot of other schools in the area, and have trained for a couple years before taking a break due to pregnancy. I really like this school, because everyone is very down to earth, the instructors John and Sherry are great and make you feel comfortable regardless of your fitness/skill level. Coach John also explains the technical aspects of the sport really well in a way that makes sense. Its clear they truly love the sport! I highly recommend them!

I am amazed of how well my 4 yr old does in this class! The amount of patience and dedication the senseis have towards the kids are beyond my expectations! That explains why I don't mind having the 30+ min drive to her to her classes bc they make us feel like we part of their family! Def recommended for kids of all ages but just know your kids will leave out of there with full of confidence, respect, and structure ❤️

Clean environment and friendly, knowledgeable staff.
My (almost) 8-year-old looks forward to every class and will show his skills to anybody willing to watch.
The sensei's are wonderful with the kids, and each class is different so boredom doesn't set in.
We plan to continue here for a while.
