I can't say enough about the Staff at Lenscrafter's in the Oxford Valley Mall. Jamal and Kim were so helpful, knowledgeable and fun to be with that I'm glad I decided to go there to have my prescription filled.

Another year end last minute visit. I’ve been coming to this LC location for years and they always have a great selection of frames and fantastic customer service.
Jim is incredibly helpful and patient. I would wait for him to work with me if needed.

I have been coming to this LensCrafters for about 1.5 years now, and I’ve had never had less than an amazing experience. The optometrists are kind and explain everything really well; the same can be said for those in the front end. They’re always helpful in breaking down benefits, the process, etc.
Jim F. has helped me and my family (5 of us total) each time we’ve come and is always the best. He’s handled us all with so much care and patience, especially considering we’re a slightly indecisive group!
