If you are looking for a professional and caring service you will not find any better. In a day and age of Liberty Tax Service and H&R Block its great to have a more personalized service with someone who truly is excellent at what they do. I brought my mother into the office as she was dying of cancer to meet with Jana Dickstein. She was compassionate and gave to us over 1 hour of her time to advise us FOR FREE. Well I certainly didn't forget her kindness. I went about gathering all that was required and returned to her over 6 months later. I was greeted with a gentle smile and genuine warmth. She helped me swiftly get my house in order and gave me excellent advice. The bill for services was extremely reasonable and I was about $150 short in order to pay her that day. She told me to pay when I could and I will not forget this courtesy she extended. Several months passed and I didn't get one call about my balance. I reached out to her later for some more work and paid my old balance in full. I'm grateful to this office for their attention to detail. What I really enjoy is that their is legal council in the building as well if you are in need. This can be extremely handy in some cases, and I was fortunate not to need any legal services but they consulted with me for free. I would never use chain again to file my taxes. No turbo-tax, no liberty tax services, no H&R Block. I would like to use the accountant on main street who gives me the personalized attention I deserve. You are not a number with Janet Dickstein, you are a valued client. People like her and her office are a dying breed and I vote with my dollars to use a great service like the one she offers.
