Buddy has been cutting mens and boys hair for 55 years (women and girls, you should try him, as well - he knows how to cut any kind of hair). He is highly-skilled, friendly, and the price is right ($13, plus gratuity). I suggested he raise his prices, to which he replied "Most of my customers are working men and senior citizens who get their hair cut every month." Buddy works Thur, Fri, and Sat; Mickey and Tony work the other days. You'll always find at least one at the shop. If you like, you can call ahead to see how busy they are, but in general the wait is only a few minutes.
