We had a bit of a “black labs eat everything” emergency at 9p on a Tuesday and I am so glad I found Blue Pearl. The lovely lady on the phone walked me through options, prices, and suggested some great ideas as well. She was so helpful. We got to the office and we’re home within the hour and our puppy is just fine. So thankful and while I hope I don’t have to go back soon, I would go as needed!
My pet was having problems with her back and was clearly in distress. The staff at Blue Pearl were all very compassionate and knowledgeable. The wait was a little long but I understood that they were giving much needed attention to other pets in need. My doctor was very thorough and provided an exam and was able to get my pet the medications that she needed. The facility was well lit on the outside, making it easy to find. The inside was very spacious, accommodating and clean. I would highly recommend this hospital if you need to get your pet scene in an emergency. Thank you Blue Pearl!
Everyone was friendly and eager to help me understand why my young dog is limping. The veterinarian was able to do a CT scan the same day we arrived, saving me quite a bit of time. We now have surgery scheduled. Thanks!
