I find Maid Brigade staff wonderful to work with. The cleaning staff are personable and cheerful. If I happened to be present when they arrive, I am always greeted by name. I find their services valuable. I would prefer to give a rating of 4.5, because I think it is deserved. I acknowledge that in most things there is always a small measure of room for improvement, but am very happy with the care they give to my home. I also appreciate how quickly the contact staff have responded to questions and needs for rescheduling.Service: Standard cleaning
