Barbara is caring and thorough, as well as very knowledgeable about pain management. She is also a graduate of IIN and specializes in health coaching for natural pain management. I highly recommend her for massage or health coaching!

I've been to a number of massage therapists over the years and the minute I walked into Barbara's serenity room, Wow! I knew this was going to be different. The waiting area is a re purposed kitchen complete with book swapping closet, scented candles (for sale), and even a massage pad on one of the chairs. Bottom Line. I keep going back to Bodyworks because the deep tissue massage that Barbara delivers breaks that crazy cycle of stress I put myself up to. Really. I run a small business and in this hyper connected world we live in - it's always Show Time! I really feel the the consistent massages keep my headaches and shoulder aches to a big ZERO.
