Wes, and his father were as sympathic as they could be, in the death of my daughter. They promptly retrieved her from Hospice and had an ordeal getting her down as the Facility did not want them to take her out the front door, but down a back fire escape, which made it that much more difficult. But I applaud them for doing all they did. They are kind & straight forward, and I believe very fair. Thank you to Lownes for taking care of my daughter with the utmost dignity, compassion and care.
My grandfather had passed and I truthfully didn’t have a plan on anything and the nursing home had recommended Lownes! I will forever be thankful they were so helpful and supportive during my loss! I first met Wesley when my sister Pat passed, and he promptly came to get her. He was so caring and compassionate. I was struck by this, so I’ll always remember. This type of compassionate care continued during the funeral and burial. I needed Lownes again just recently when my mom passed. Wesley’s dad, Randy, welcomed me back like I was family. Wesley and Randy were always just a text, phone call or email away. My sister had chosen Lownes before she passed and had a funeral plan in place with them.
