I received excellent care and followup support by everyone I had contact with at my first visit and upon picking up my glasses. It was really a relief after not having a great experience with my previous care provider. I was having what, to me, felt like significant issues and received exceptional care.
Could not recommend Lafayette Eye Associates more if I tried. I was staying in the area (right by the Lafayette Hill area…near Conshohocken and Plymouth Meeting) over Thanksgiving week and was in a pinch. I was having eye pain and needed to see someone ASAP. The assistants and doctor on call could not have been more helpful and helped squeeze me in. Beyond accommodating. They helped diagnose and treat my stye and even helped check & fix my prescription while I was there - . Kendall at the front desk was great (coincidentally my last name is her first name) and Holly helped me pick out 2 pairs of amazing glasses. Can’t wait to go pick them up. Highly recommend this place; the staff are great.
