It's not hard to judge your dry cleaner...if your clothes come back clean and pressed, they have done their job. But the owners of Scottie's go beyond on their customer service. They always remember me and my name, ask me about my family and seem to always remember what we talked about last. Don't forget the holiday presents they give out (tea one year, lint rollers another...)!
