This particular Planet Fitness is really nice. Great staff, nice people who attend and no BS. Also very clean. They just got a lot of new equipment. No junky, broken down equipment at Planet Fitness.
Update to the Update.... The manager caught me on the way into the gym. And reassured that the problems with floor space were being addressed. And showed some first class customer service. Thanks.
Update.... they have gotten new equipment that's Less than intuitive and they seem to want to push out people who don't include in machines and weights in there workout!!
Overall a great place to work out. BUT, The staff is slow to replace paper towels and repairs seem to be a slow process. IE, bathroom sink not working for 2 weeks, clock in main room is not working.(hour hand is off).
certain members seem to get a pass on Lunkish Behavior by the staff.
The Managers Karin and the rest of the staff are amazing, they are really professional. The facility is immaculate and very clean and well maintained. Thank you so much for the outstanding experience and being so kind courteous and genuine your awesome Planet fitness kutztown!!!
