My experience was with Josh and it the former owner. We had close to a foot of snow and the power is still out as I write this. Altogether about three to four days without heat or power. My wood stove was not working correctly and was smoking up the house. I called Josh and because of the circumstances, he came out the same day and fixed the problem. I still don't have power but thanks to Josh, I do have heat. I plan to use Josh again for all future chimney needs. Thanks!
