From the moment I walked in I was treated with great hospitality! It’s such a clean & welcoming environment and I love the fact they offer clients snacks and refreshments. The ladies there are wonderful, it was my first time trying a brow tint and I love it! Jada did an amazing job, she was super sweet and knowledgable. Thanks ladies, I will be returning for more services! 10/10!!!

Always a great experience at this location! The ladies here are always pleasant, professional and welcoming. Beyond that- Ashley is the GOAT and my GO TO girl! She makes her clients feel soooo comfortable. She is extremely charismatic, bubbly and most of all funny. You don't even think about awkwardness some of us feel during servicing elsewhere. I love her , this location, and everyone there -10 out of 10 recommend!

The KOP store is the place I go to and I love it there it’s always a pleasure as soon as you come in your greeted by the receptionist with kind words and a smile. The facility is very clean and smells very fresh in there I come here to get my ears waxed by Jada, Jada is such a beautiful soul and we always have a good conversation as she take care of me. I love it here and I’ll continue to come back because they make you feel right at homeThankssss Julius
