This service was arranged through Lowe’s.

The installer was an independent local contractor (not part of this company), and he was careful and professional.

The problem is entirely with the company handling the installation service.

Communication is extremely poor — phone calls go unanswered and there is no real customer support.

Scheduling is unreliable. They change appointment times without proper notice and do not confirm in advance, which is very frustrating.

This feels like a dispatch service that outsources everything but takes no accountability.

This company installed a storm door for me from Lowes. They work with Lowe's on installation. The process was communicated well, they reached out every step of the way. George, the installer, was professional, knowledgeable, polite and efficient! Project done well and on time! Thank you for the great service!

I really wish I had read up on UHS before moving forward with our project with our flooring project with Lowe's. Please avoid at all cost if you want to save time and energy. Long story short, we decided to hire Lowe's to replace our bathroom floors from tile to LVP. They came out, did an estimate and we moved forward since everything seemed to be so seamless.
