We contacted Aaron because we didn’t want the 24-48 hours drying time from normal carpet cleaning. The service was great, well done and dried in under 2 hours. We will absolutely use him again. Very personable.
My cat had a pee accident on my rug and the regular cleaners just couldnt get the smell out, I've been struggling to find a local rug cleaner and Superior choice was a lifeline! I was contacted by them within an hour of leaving a message, Aaron was super helpful and allowed me to drop off my rug instead of doing on-site cleaning. He ran the treatments several times and the smell is now fully gone. Appreciate that he went beyond the norm in getting the mess cleaned up, was super efficient and quick turnaround and even offered touch up recleaning if the smell wasn't fully gone once the cleaner smells faded out.

Thank you for fitting me in on a days notice, especially on a holiday weekend. It was really appreciated. My dog had a couple of accidents and they took care of the stains and smell while not leaving a wet mess. The service was impeccable and everyone was friendly and accommodating.
