They were great to work with. They took care of permits and scheduling was quick! We had a bilco door put in with prefab stairs. They had to cut through 10 inches of poured concrete walls. I imagined this would have made such a mess but it didn't. The whole process was done in 7 hours and they left everything clean. AND their price was great! I highly recommend them!
The team at Steelway worked with me to iterate the design of a custom floor hatch to meet my particular application. Then they delivered a top quality product, and bent over backward to get it delivered in time to support the project schedule. Great product, and great customer service! If you need a custom heavy duty egress hatch, these are the guys to go to.
