Shout out to NY / CT Sila technician, Sean O’Hara! He’s a real professional — knowledgeable, solutions oriented, courteous and did right by us. If you’re a prospective customer, ask for Sean. If you’re Sila, clone him.
Andrew was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He showed me lots of photos of my systems and explained what he was seeing. He gave reasonable advice and answered all my questions. I hope he can do all of my visits.
I cannot say enough good things about Christopher Altman. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest (which we love) and efficient. He is a true HVAC detective! He was able to identify the problems instead of giving up. They were hard to find (refrigerant leak, etc) but he did. He is excellent at diagnostics. He also showed patience in explaining everything to me (which I wanted… to understand). He is a genuinely nice person. We will definitely be using Sila and Christopher for our HVAC needs. (Got the maintenance package … which comes with all kinds of perks). Homeowners need someone they can trust! I highly recommend this company!
