Avoid this company. The postage machine works ok. I was a customer for over 15 years. I always paid my invoices on time. Horrible customer service. Cannot get my machine returned after years of loyalty. Customer service is non existent. They never return calls even after a long hold and they take my return call request. I've sent the requested return form paperwork x 3. I returned a new in the box 275$ print cartridge we had ordered prior to us deciding to return our machine. Never received credit for the cartridge. Absolutely horrible company. They won’t respond to you. They misrepresent and lie about contract information. I’ve been trying to call them and cancel and they won’t respond. They’re trying to hold me accountable on a postage meter that’s obsolete.
